Available product categories

List active categories that contain at least one active, currently available product in the requested channel.

Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer. Allowed user types: APP_USER. Requires permissions: product-category:read.

Product channel used to return only categories containing available products for that channel.

Allowed:

Defaults to false

Both modes return a paginated list of root categories. When true, each root includes matching child categories.

Filter by exact category name. In tree mode, matching child categories include their parent root.

Search by category name or description.
