Update a merchant account

Partner callers update their JWT partner account. MVNO callers update MVNO-owned accounts by default, or pass partnerUuid to update a partner-owned account.

Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer. Allowed user types: PARTNER, MVNO. Requires permissions: wallet:admin.
