Send wallet funds to another MyWallet holder by MSISDN or wallet account number

Nova resolves the destination wallet server-side from either recipientMsisdn or recipientWalletAccountNumber before creating the wallet transfer.

Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer. Allowed user types: APP_USER. Requires permissions: purchase:write.
