A box must contain exactly one supported SIM type (eSIM or physical) and every SIM must be free inventory; eSIMs also require activation payloads. Two-phase and retry-safe: SIMs are marked TRANSFERRED locally first (leaving the sellable pool), then the box is pushed to polaris, whose receive endpoint is idempotent. If the push fails, retry this endpoint — the SIMs stay safely TRANSFERRED and the retry re-pushes.
