Every SIM linked to the entity with its lifecycle status and whether DMA/account activation has completed, plus the RICA limit status (active SIM count vs effective limit). Resolve an ID/passport number to an entity first via GET /entities/lookup/{idType}/{idNumber}.
Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer or API key. Allowed user types: MVNO. Requires permissions: entity:read.
