Create a saved MyWallet recipient by MSISDN or wallet account number

Nova resolves exactly one supplied MSISDN or 10-digit wallet account number to one active app-user wallet before registering a wallet account recipient.

Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer. Allowed user types: APP_USER. Requires permissions: profile:write.
