Pending rewards grouped by spend tier with 30-day spend progress for the given account. Accepts either an x-api-key (MVNO key with reward:read) or a Authorization: Bearer JWT. For MVNO callers the primary linked app user is resolved automatically from the account.
Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer or API key. Requires permissions: reward:read.
