Create wallet for the current app user

https://megsapp-nova-stg.85.group/api/v1/app-user/wallet

Provisions the wallet and, from the supplied ID/passport block, creates the holder’s compliance entity seeded at FICA TIER_1 so the wallet is immediately transactable within the TIER_1 caps.

Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer. Allowed user types: APP_USER. Requires permissions: profile:write.

ID or passport number. SA IDs are checksum-validated and the date of birth is derived from them. Existing identity records are reused.
