Initiate a cellular purchase for the current app user

Customer marketplace cellular flow for MOBILE_AIRTIME, MOBILE_DATA, MOBILE_SMS, or MOBILE_VOICE products. Nova reads the app user id from the JWT and the customer pays from MY_WALLET. Fulfilment routes by the selected product vendor.

Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer. Allowed user types: APP_USER. Requires permissions: purchase:write.
