Get inventory statistics

SIM inventory aggregates (per-status, per-type, unassigned, totalBoxes, splitBoxCount). MVNO callers see the global estate by default and can optionally narrow with partnerId or simInventoryOwnerPartnerId. Partner callers are scoped to their active partner, or to their SIM inventory owner pool when they request simInventoryOwnerPartnerId and hold sim:stock:read.

Access: Auth methods: JWT bearer. Requires permissions: sim:read.

Partner UUID. Optional for MVNO (omit for global counts). Injected by PartnerScopeGuard for partner JWTs; cross-tenant values are rejected with 403.

SIM inventory owner partner UUID. For PARTNER callers this must be the active partner UUID and requires sim:stock:read.
