Service-to-service endpoint for LMA. Authenticates a Nova app user by username/password and returns the app-user UUID in the legacy LMS response shape expected by LMA. LMA authorizes portal access from its uploaded employee list; linked-account and subscription status do not control access.
Access: Auth methods: API key. Allowed user types: MVNO.
